I have found a very, very unpleasant theistic pseudo-scholar online...
He is active on Discord and Youtube and his username is "Darth Dawkins". He is 60yo, his firstname is Greg or Gary or something like that, and every single conversation any atheist has with him about the topic of religion always ends the same way:
1. Darth Dawkins has a script, a monologue: He badgers you with questions, demanding that you answer his questions about atheism, and if your answer does not fit his atheism-debunking-script he gets very verbally abusive and very angry with you, accusing you of lying about your position to troll him.
2. Darth Dawkins knows enough philosophical and theistic jargon to impress the simple-minded, but he is incapable of logic and following arguments. All he can do is going along the steps of his predetermined script.
3. He will ask ill-defined open-ended questions that have a myriad of possible ways to be answered, and then he will abuse you for not understanding what he wants from you.
4. He will interrupt you at every possible turn and will not allow you to fully express your viewpoint, and then he will abuse you if you even show the slightest hint of disrespect towards him.
5. His script is always the same:
* First he will badger and bully you into taking on the strawman-argument "God does not exist" even if that is not actually your position. If you refuse to accept that this is your position now, he will either ban you from his server or terminate the debate immediately.
* Then he will define "God" in such a way that "God" is impossible to both disprove or prove. If you refuse to accept this arbitrary definition of "God", he will either ban you from his server or terminate the debate immediately.
* He will then demand that you disprove the existence of this undisprovable version of "God" that he has defined for you. If you point out the flaws in his logic, he will either ban you from his server or terminate the debate immediately.
* If you ask him a question about his belief, any question about God or religion, he will either ban you from his server or terminate the debate immediately.
* If you tell him what you think about his psychopathic ways of treating other people, he will ask you whether you are finished and then ignore your criticism and go right back to badgering you with questions from his script as if nothing has happened.
