tic toc base in sonora ca is on hi fire danger ,red flag. dry lightning warning with possible precip chances of 20 %. this is to be in effect for the next five days . ugh. we had similar conditions in 1988 when we had some really nasty and large fires and with the '''' cutbacks on the forest service fire crews , gasp.
