DC area could see flurries, sleet as cold, wind kicks off December weather

Some flurries could be headed to the D.C. area as cold and windy weather moves in.

Morning wind chills will be around the 20s Monday, with afternoon wind chills in the 30s. However, Monday night into Tuesday could bring some light snow to the region.
