San Diego cremation societies?

I have a friend of many years in San Diego who is disabled and poor.
He says when he dies the city/county can dump his remains in the landfill.

I've surfed Google about some cremation societies in that area and one is $690 for a
'no frills' cremation with scattering of ashes at sea.

I can afford to purchase a plan for him, but don't know anything about there reputations.
Has anyone here dealt with any in the area, or know of a website where I can check 'em out?

and I will be purchasing one too. I am not sure about scattering of ashes at sea though. We had cremation for my Mom,
and after my Dad passes, they will be buried together. The cost was a little over $1,100. Trident comes to the house
and picks up body, or wherever the body is, and they do everything. It made a horrible time a little bit easier on my Dad
and me. This was recent, in June, so I know they are a good company.

Hopefully, their website can give you more information. Good luck.
Your friend is lucky to have you in his life.
