Any chance of a Mexican flag avatar?

I feel those flying it could do with some solidarity. Plus it's a country with significant links to the USA, and some other countries' flags are in the World section. I would upload a version for myself, but I get a "403 forbidden" message without explanation.

What have smiling emojis got to do with a Mexican flag?

Anyway, I don't have an Apple product. But I have created a 48 pixel wide Mexican flag as a JPEG on my PC, but when I ask DU to upload it, I get the "403 Forbidden" message.

but I uploaded my own avatar and I think I tried a JPEG first and it was rejected. Saved it as a GIF and it worked. Worth a try anyway.
