Is anyone else experiencing posts that they have made not showing up in their My Post log?
It's not all of my posts. It's just an intermittent occurrence. I was wondering if it has been happening to anyone else. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

(28,123 posts)I spend a bunch of time composing and copying. I have lost posts to site errors, page errors but I can't say that I have ever done that. That's why I copy everything now to a different place then paste and post.
Thanks for sharing, marble falls. ❤️

(18,458 posts)I have to update mine when one of my posts doesn't show.
Or misspell the name Tramp.

(13,912 posts)Do your posts show up there? Suspecting not.
As suggested upstream - I'm leaning toward the problem probably being you have forgotten to actual click the 'post' button (as has happened to this hapless fool, more times than I'd like) - and almost always following a 'preview' that I have completed, and then back-arrowed out of - rather than going back and doing the necessary 'post' action.

(28,123 posts)I composed this. I had already tried your approach and the problem persists.
If you forget to post, at least in my browser, you can retrieve your post content after several back clicks. I do however, always lose the title box content and have to reenter it when that happens.
I have changed my overall approach. Now I focus on composing elsewhere and then cutting and pasting. It drastically improved my error rate.
Thanks for the suggestion, stopdiggin.

(13,912 posts)In my browser - once I've back-clicked - content is just gone, period - no bringing it back. With attendant sinking feeling, voluble invective, and self loathing ... (particularly if I've kind of 'worked' on something - put some time and effort in ... )
