At this point I get confused by all the jurisdictions and judges in TFG's countless court cases, but I think you're right!

No problem, as is true for all of TFG's cases, I'm hoping it'll be appealed and overturned

Imagine if the courts had ruled that George Wallace had to remain in command of the AL National Guard.

(12,946 posts)8. So many were saying our courts will stop him. Well?
I just don't get it. Newsom seemed to have a solid case. These judges are jackasses, too. Nobody seems to be looking into the future.

(237,171 posts)9. I don't get it, either. The courts keeping going back and forth. But I thought this was over when they found for Newsom
Based on the law that this needed approval by the governor of the state. And is this the final answer or will this be appealed? Governor Newsom said he wouldn't give up.
