is that votes which were cast after 7pm are being reserved until it can be determined if the outcome of any races would be changed by counting them.
It sounds like the Texas Supreme Court was deferring a remedy until the effect of the disruption can be better quantified.
I would like to understand how voter suppression in the primary affords Republicans any advantage when their own voters are also confused about where they need to go in order to vote.
