I'm sure he can barely read and comprehend a written report. Even the kiddie level mini-videos they make for him must be a challenge.

He knows. It's why he has to lie so much. He knows there were huge protests yesterday. He knows everyone blames him for the price of gas. He knows. He just doesn't care. He's most likely getting rich off this war, having people place bets and market orders for him.
