Also, there is a real advantage in having Trump's people in office in this situation. Normally, with the dhs id and personal id of a high-ranking official being stolen, there would be increased security concerns necessitating law enforcement alerts. With Trump's people already in place we can be sure that the agencies have already been compromised. Any two-bit cyberhoodlum in Moscow already could access Noem's information if they wanted.

Big people carry more cash. Could be emergency money, she doesn't want to leave it home to be susceptible to theft. Or it could be for fringe expenses, but I doubt they can manufacture something out of it unless there's more evidence. Question is, where'd she get it? Cashing a paycheck, bank withdrawals ... not a problem. Not sticking up for her, just listening.
