It didn't stop Trump before, it won't stop him now.

At this point, it's going to take enough of a bloodbath in the GOP at the mid-terms to put the Dems back in control of all of Congress, something that I think will be an uphill battle even if Trump completely implodes. Yes, IF we get Congress back, impeachment proceedings should be launched immediately, but until then it's just empty noise.
