I heard him interviewed multiple times before the 2016 election. He laid out that red don was mobbed up and a longtime crook. At the time, I thought that would be the end of the candidacy because of course the US wouldn't elect a mobster criminal to the presidency.

Johnston was interviewed on e.g. Democracy Now. I kept waiting for the story to gain broad traction and for the mainstream media to run with it because of course it was much worse than Hillary's emails. Never happened and now look where we are.

Johnston saw the crackup coming. He tried to warn the country.
