Trump is trying to distract from his policies that are impacting people's lives. And I might add, by renaming holidays few remember anymore. Not that they are not relevant and honorable, just that the younger generations cannot conceive of world war as it was.

May 1st is worker’s day every where else in the world c’est la lutte finale, Cinco de mayo is not the Mexican Independence Day, Russia lost 8.7 million troops in WWII we lost 416,680 and 418,500 etc. and oh Mexico sent Santa Ana up to stop slavery in Texas
