The Trump Administration, doubling down on their phony “extradition” of Armando Abrego Garcia from El Salvador on conjured-up federal smuggling charges, just filed a motion to keep him in pretrial detention because of his immigration status, and he is a “flight risk.” Yet the only “flight” he has taken in the last 5 years is when Trump’s ICE shackled him and threw him onto an ICE flight bound in the middle of the night to El Salvador.
