American Bar Association Sues Trump - Glenn Kirschner
The American Bar Association just sued Trump for his unconstitutional executive orders punishing law firms.
Give that multiple judges have already ruled that such executive orders are unconstitutional (rulings that the Trump administration did not appeal), it seems like the ABA's suit should be a lay-down winner on the merits.
The challenge for the ABA may be getting to the merits, as they will first have to prove they have standing to bring the suit, as this video discusses. - Glenn Kirschner - 06/18/2025.
