Newsom STRIKES BACK at Trump after FEDERAL RULING - Meidas Touch
On the shocking losing end of a 3-0 decision by the 9th Circuit which gives Trump “high deference” to violate States Rights and commandeer a state’s National Guard, does California as all 29 judges of the 9th to reconsider and set up a new 10 person appeals panel to re-hear the appeal, skip that step and file an emergency application to the US Supreme Court, or not do any of that and leave the bad law on the books without a fight.
