4. I think a singular leader promising broad, easy answers

risks sidelining our most critical concerns with prom-king/queen-status and could just as easily end up perpetuating the status quo rather. I belive the idea of a single unifying leader who can solve the cosmetic issues is, at best, overly simplistic and at worst, dangerously naive, opening a window to its own, greater problems.
