6. Paul Martino and Jon Burnett were fine KDKA reporters.

Mr. Burnett died a few years ago from complicationss from CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy) resulting from his college football days at the University of Tennessee. At the end of his career, he and Mr. Martino were paired in a KDKA-related late evening news telecast on a Pittsburgh CW cable station. Mr. Burnett was a bit halting with his speech because of his condition. Mr. Martino was his friend, and presented himself as being slightly intoxicated to cover for Mr. Burnett's delivery. They gave off the appearance of being drinking pals. The programing did not get much viewership, but it served as a sweet tribute to the two fine veteran reporters.
