The pictures were really not clear enough but it sure looked like he had half his hair pulled to the side and some maybe shaved. We will find out. I bet he had been told not to go out there where people and cameras were but he was not going to miss the magnificent raising of his new flags so he carelessly put on a hat and went on out.
