Kennedy is a co-counsel in a lawsuit against Merck over the Gardasil HPV vaccine, alleging that Merck's vaccine failed to adequately warn consumers about its risks. He has also been involved in lawsuits against the makers of Zantac claiming the drug caused cancer. He's made millions suing drug companies.
