(88 posts)1. Unfortunately, he can't get sued. That was decided way back in Nixon versus Fitzgerald. Even any comment, speech, or public message he makes would be considered in the scope of office or outer perimeter. It basically says he can't have any civil liability from action he does while in the scope of office as president. Even if what he says is completely wrong and defamatory. This announcement would clearly fall in that criteria.
2. If anyone missed it, you have to go back and watch the video of the announcement with him trying to pronounce Acetaminophen. It was probably the funniest thing I have seen him do recently trying to read that word and simply not being able to.
3. I keep an open mind about the study. I don't trust this administration and I don't trust Kennedy right now, but the study is the study and I will give a conscious effort to read it..

Ironically, he actually defunded the study, but they completed it because the judge reinstated it.
