My theory is he grabs a truckload of Ft Knox gold.
Claims he is decorating the WH with it.
Charges it all to US taxpayer.

Puts the gold in the Trump Crime Family secret vaults.
Buys cheap gold paint at Home Depot.
No one's the wiser.
