Just sent my brother the FBI tip line info, since he's seen that truck, in that area, several times [View all]

He said he'd call the police about seeing that truck driving by the church, more than once, but now the FBI is fully in charge.

I was checking out a Grand Blanc FB group and it seems LOTS of people recognize that truck.
