I watched that whole segment last night - wasn't familiar with the guy speaking, but his analysis is eye-opening.

I've been following labor market conditions closely, tracking job seekers posting on reddit about their experiences trying to find a job. it is seriously concerning for young people. They are really scared, and rightfully so.
