148. I know him too! I saw him a few months ago.

Talked with him at a small fundraiser earlier this year and more recently saw him at a public gathering. At the public gathering (which was packed), he asked for a show of hands - Democrats, Republicans, and none-of-the-aboves, were equally represented. He gives a great stump speech that appeals to a broad audience. It's no wonder the right wing machine has/is trying to silence him.

The governors race seems to suit him. Yes, it's definitely an uphill battle here. But people are not happy with what has happened here for the last few years. If he can get the message through the fog of right wing media, he's got a good shot.

In my humble opinion, people like Rob and Josh Turek scare the shit out of the GOP machine. Aside from the fact that they are well liked and sensible, it's hard to attack them with the usual right wing scare tactics.
