It will be more than a ballroom, atop the ballroom will be executive suites that will cater to the billionaire oligarchs who visit Krasnov to give him money for favors.

This may be why there were discrepancies in the square footage, the ballroom is secondary to the suites that will be atop it.

Michael Cohen said that Krasnov wanted to be president to be the richest person in the world.

No word yet what types of amenities will be provided to those occupying the suites, probably blond, brunette, black haired little girls.
