Not a King, an Emperor [View all]
For some reason I think that the term emperor fits him better.
As others mentioned, there are many kings who do not throw temper tantrums, who do not just say the first thing that comes out. And others had detailed posts about why King is not the best match.
I think that emperors yield more power, and they yield it outside the borders of their countries as we have seen with shooting boats in international waters as he has been doing.
And.. there is always the hope that a child will claim that the emperor has no clothes..
