Trump said this latest test was 30 or 35 questions. The most well-known cognitive assessment test for dementia patients is the "MONTREAL COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT (MoCA ®)" which is only about 10 questions. So that means one of 2 things - either he was given the MoCA and thought it was 3 times as long as it actually was OR he was given a much more extensive test which would imply that there really are serious concerns about his dementia symptoms.
