Did The Senate Send A Message To The Supreme Court & Krasnov [View all]

Krasnov rationalized his imposition of tariffs based on a National emergency.

Correct me if I'm wrong, didn't the Senate just destroy that rationale when it voted to nullify Krasnov tariffs to Brazil and Canada? I understand that the House still needs to vote, but getting enough Senate Magats to vote with Democrats should send a message.

The Supreme Court is going to rule whether Krasnov was justified in imposing his tariffs, the Senate is basically saying no he wasn't.

The SC could just send it back to Congress and not rule, then Krasnov's tariffs will be in the hands of the AWOL House.

How is Krasnov going to repay all that tariff money if ... nevermind... let's just see how it plays out.
