He’s a narcissist. He cares about nothing but himself. When a man just feet away keels over and everyone rushes to help him, the orange shitgibbon just stands there stewing because someone dared to interrupt his photo op.

Honorable mention to worm boy, who obviously screamed, “Oh no… I’m no doctor!” and hightailed it out of the room with a look of panic on his douchey face.

I suffered 23 years married to a malignant narcissist and recognized this as his diagnosis before anyone started posting about it. This level of self-centeredness is no joke.
