Another amendment to the Constitution needed – perhaps early next century.

As for Kelly, the toxic stupidity and willful ignorance of the voters combined with a failed democracy and an irreparably broken political process corrupted by state-level Republicans prevent me from getting excited about any Democratic candidate for president.
