42. This "Katie Johnson" case was never actually litigated

I don't believe the real "Katie Johnson" has ever come forward since shortly after this document was filed. The case was dropped before the 2016 election because "Katie Johnson" disappeared. We've been told that the real "Katie Johnson" has changed her name and location along with her entire family. We don't know if she's still alive or if she's in the US.

I believe her story, and I also believe that her and her family's lives have been threatened. If they (or she) ever come forward they will be killed before anything can be legally determined.
