In reply to the discussion: The Sasha Riley story sounds like BS [View all]Jimbalaya

I didn't know that was how DU works. I just joined recently.
And you're right to say ratioed isn't exactly a fair characterization. My "ratioed" point was, basically:
1) Brenda started this thread saying the victim's account was an obvious lie and we should treat Sascha Riley's story as a psyop.
2) A lot of people in the thread shared corroborating evidence, details, theories, etc, contradicting Brenda saying it was a lie.
3) Brenda did not address any of this evidence - she simply doubled down on her doubts.
4) Then, Brenda disappeared from the thread as more people added further evidence.
This is, in my slightly sarcastic view, an example of being "ratioed", even though it doesn't quite fit this context.

I agree with all of this. What you describe is plausible. The Riley story doesn't seem to be.

He didn't run into these people. He and Epstein brought them there to compromise them.

I also have grave doubts. It sounds a lot like what the QANON folks accuse Tom Hanks

I've not heard the claims but it appears Trump did travel to Alabama in the 70''s.
