Ridiculous article.
Author doesnt even know how Congress works. The majority party has the power and the votes.
And this galaxy brain doesnt even seem to notice that midterm voters are getting sick of the Republican majority and that demented Trump.
You want Democrats to do something? Then elect more Democrats and stop allowing Republicans to win.
