Because no court is going to rule that the Committee has a valid subpoena or that the Clintons options are submitting to a closed door interview or going to jail. Every other person - with one exception - provided written statements and the subpoena was cancelled. Their "justification" for the subpoena for the Clintons, and their demands that they be interviewed behind closed doors, hold no legal weight. Comer has already been told that by two law firms he asked opinions from.
