8. My take is that people want to get in the car and drive.

Yesterday

Putting chains on requires work, in the cold, doing things like bending over and kneeling on the ground. All wheel drive is much better in the snow, but people seem to over estimate their ability to drive on snow and ice, no matter what the car.

It's very annoying to those of us who are great at driving in the snow.
