LRADs now being deployed by Minnesota State Police; first ‘test’ on Monday. Also, there’s a report that CBP is wearing yellow vests now, to mimic the MN National Guard.

The post also includes 2 Bluesky lists, one of which says state police were respondibke and one which (incorrectly) says it was ICE.
