Means that the DoJ actually has a lot more on his predatory ass they could release if they wanted to.

IOW a shot from Trump across Musk's bow telling him to stay in line (and keep sending 10's of millions) "Otherwise we'll really fuck with you with the rest of what we have".

Which means perhaps when Democrats are back in power, we'll have the goods to lock him (and Trump) the fuck up

Although, the Tesla board firing him now would be a pretty satisfying precursor to that.
