An example of what the law requires is that the DOJ would have to explicitly say they can't release Video A because it shows Epstein physically abusing a minor, or video B because it shows him injuring a minor. The law also only prohibits those items from being released publicly, it doesn't prevent them from being released to Congress.

The generic statement from Blanche ain't remotely close to sufficient.
