Saw a clip of him today from MSNOW, where he claims that to "restore credibility in our Justice Department", the next President, whether Dem, or Retrumplican, needs to "appoint an attorney general from the other party".
Retrumplicans do this ALL THE TIME.
During their misadministrations, they appoint as many of the most partisan demagogues, unhinged racists and corrupt to the core authoritarian dipshits they can find. They appoint these asshats all over the federal courts and into every federal agency: and as deep into those agencies as they can go.
Hell, they might also steal 3 Supreme Court Judges along the way.
Even before they lose power, Retrumplican suddenly become "bipartisan purist" and begin demanding that the "only way to restore faith in our federal agencies", is for Democrats to appoint slightly less reich-wing demagogues
The result of this tactic is to drag the federal government in a continuous reich-wing direction.
Democrats need to stop falling for this shit.
The MAGAt dipshits, whether the senior Executive Service Civil Servant at the IRS, or the Leading Petty Officer of 2ND Division on board the USS LEYTE GULF, needs to be ripped out of our government by the roots.
Maybe then we can begin "restoring trust".
