radio or TV when they were invented, or this newfangled "internet", so that they were unaware of any public opinion on the subjects on which they rule. But somehow Jackson got past the tight security and discovered this whole world out there, by attending the Grammys, and ruined the 200+ years of the Supreme Court having no idea what the American people thought.
