I do not think Trump is smart enough to write posts, including a AI generated video. Rather, he has staff which produces these unhinged posts at his direction and general guidelines. I mean, do you believe the guy can post 100 posts in a few hours, like it was reported recently during the last tweetstorm? Obviously, there is a propaganda team hard at work cranking these out.
