Basically applies only to your own home, not whatever ground you're on, but similar. Texas does have an exception relating to law enforcement and trying to evade arrest, but if ICE agents are masked, have no warrant, and are not clearly ID'able I'd expect it to at least up in a very public and messy court case rather than outright conviction for killing the invaders.

Eventually people might shoot the ICE agents. If they think they'll lose a few every time they attack someone's home
