Now we have these criminal thugs deep into America pulling this crap.

They should not do it anywhere! Ever!

This link is regarding the origins of border patrol and how they operate. It is nothing new for this racist violent agency. What is new, is that we now experience it in the streets of America for both non-citizens and citizens alike.
