10. misplaced comma?

Perhaps it is just that the comma should be after the word "off," instead of after "Las Vegas," to read: "As the Super Bowl gets ready to kick off, in Las Vegas someone just projected..." Does anyone know whether this building with its projection is in Las Vegas or in Los Angeles?
