Bezos pulled the Harris Endorsement. As much as I enjoyed reading the Sunday paper (and the feel of paper and the smell of ink) I could not tolerate the owner interference. It’s amazing the difference a few years makes. In the first Trump administration the Post and the Times were trading haymakers on great stories and reporting now they are a shell of what they were only 5 years ago. It is sad. Under their banner it says democracy dies in the darkness, sadly, democracy dies with the loss of a free press and Bezos is partially responsible for the death of democracy and totally responsible for the death of a once great newspaper.
