Another backward "advance" in technology that renders obsolete the ability for the public or customer to ever know if he/she is watching something genuine or phony.

I have to admit that I like a lot of AI videos and images -- when they are identified as such. Posting something to fool people or to poison the truth (for political purposes) is or should be criminal. (Not that the lie in question is political -- it's just annoying, like a cramp in your inky toe after you boot your boots on.)
