12. One reform I'd like to see is LINES equal FINES. Time is money, and lines are a poll tax.

Substantial fines for any jurisdiction with lines of more than 30-minutes that are the result of under-allocation of resources. Fines substantial enough to offset any "savings" the county or municipality may have reaped.

Same thing for drives to drop-boxes of more than 20 minutes. It should not take a person a round trip of more than 40 minutes to vote. And if that many drop-boxes are not feasible, then provide some other means of securely collecting ballots.
