That is ONLY when my head office in Dallas needs to troubleshoot, due regular security updates, or allow me to install drivers or replace my password, which is regularly a couple of times a year.

Other than that? It's something I'd never allow, although I'm sure it's attempted (and probably accomplished) without my knowledge.
