It's probably very close to it though. I'm from NE Ohio and we had the more educated populace. We were snooty enough to think of Southern Ohioans as just misplaced hillbillies like JD. I haven't lived there for decades but my family is still there and they are embarrassed to see what's happened to Ohio over our lifetimes. After all, we were the state that gave the US eight presidents and John Glenn.
